Passage of the Day Matthew 13:1-23

Thoughts to consider: As a continuation of yesterday, let’s ask what it would look like to see thirty, sixty, or one hundred fold return on our efforts. How did you get to the culture you are in today? What about our church? What would you say the culture is? Have I contributed to that in any way? As we consider the process of change and spiritual growth, it is easy to get excited about new things. But new isn’t always the answer. This is often why people leave one church for another. They contribute in shaping the culture, and when it no longer is what they like, they leave. Instead, how about beginning to plow the ground and help change it to good soil? What if we all created good soil and then began to plant? What kind of return on our efforts would we see then?
