Pastor Wes & Jen have been married for over 20 years and have the privilege of raising three amazing kids: Carissa, Kailey, and Cole. Renton residents since 2008, they love living in a town that is moving and growing. Pastor Wes can often be found at one of many great restaurants or coffee houses all around Renton. He has a passion to lead and teach the Bible simply and has the heart to lead a church that connects with the culture around it. A few of Pastor Wes’s favorite things are, his wife (of course), his kiddos, music, food, sports of all kinds (Go Hawks!), and great coffee.

Pastor Jen is passionate about serving the church and her community through authentic relationships and plenty of good-natured laughter. As the Executive Pastor, Jen serves the church by managing the little details that often go overlooked and making sure that nothing gets lost in the shuffle. She is a happily exhausted mom of their three kiddos. A few of Jen’s favorite things are, her husband (he makes me laugh), her kiddos (they make me laugh too), relationships, music, food, and good television.

Patrick & Alicia have lived and served in the Puget Sound area since 2004. Prior to that, they ministered in churches in California. Patrick has a heart for building relationships, equipping leaders, and communicating the good news of Jesus. He is a fan of the Los Angeles Lakers, Alabama football, and all kinds of good music.

Alicia works with a local non-profit agency as a Clinical Family Specialist. She has a heart for counseling, teaching, and developing healthy people and systems. She is a fan of paddle boarding, great coffee, and all kinds of good books.

We both spent most of our lives in California before moving to the beautiful PNW 17 years ago. We have been married for almost 30 years and we still really like each other! Together, we have an adult son (Jacob) and daughter-in-law (Julianne), a young adult daughter (Emily), a 6th-grade daughter (Stori), and Luzy the Labradoodle.

A farmer’s daughter from the Yakima Valley, who can drive a combine, loves a fast car (and a faster boat) and iced, sugar-free salted caramel lattes. Esther is a creative whose passion is to love Jesus, serve others and encourage the next generation of worshippers. The alarm on her watch goes off everyday at 12:11pm (ask her about this one!) She met her husband Brien on a blind date almost three decades ago and has two amazing children.
