Day 55: Value your role.

Passage of the day: 1 Corinthians 12:12-31

Thoughts to consider: The word ‘you’ appears twice in today’s key verse. The first one is plural, like when I say “y’all” or “errebody’. It refers to the church as a gathered group. The second ‘you’ is singular. As in just you, by yourself. Both ‘you(s)’ matter. When we gather on Sunday for worship, fellowship, and ministry together, we are the body of Christ. When you are all alone on Monday and possibly in an environment that is not so great or maybe even hostile to the gospel, you are just as much a part of the body of Christ as you are on Sunday.
